About This Event / イベントについて
Super Yosakoi is the Harajuku leg of Tokyo's Yosakoi festival circuit. Teams from across Japan parade down Omotesando and perform on stages in Yoyogi Park, dancing the high-energy Yosakoi — a modern take on a traditional dance from Kochi, performed with naruko (wooden clappers) in hand.
100+ teams and roughly 6,000 dancers participate across multiple venues including Meiji Jingu and the NHK zelkova avenue. The じまん市 local products market runs at Yoyogi Park. Free viewing, rain or shine.

Arrive early to claim a curb spot along the Omotesando parade route.
表参道のパレード沿いの場所を確保するため、早めに到着しましょう。
Yoyogi Park stages have the most teams — start there and walk up to Omotesando.
代々木公園のステージがチーム数最多。そこから表参道へ歩くのがおすすめ。
Bring water and sun protection — late August is hot.
8月下旬は暑いので、水分と日よけ対策を。
