A decent meal with good taste and value. However, I noticed black flecks in their ice and would not recommend drinking their iced water.

Masaya Shokudo is a casual Japanese set-meal and izakaya restaurant in the Harajuku 77 building at 1-16-6 Jingumae, five minutes from Harajuku Station. The kitchen specialises in teishoku - balanced set meals - with tonkatsu, katsudon and other rice bowls served with vegetables, rice and miso soup at lunch. The menu is broad and competitively priced for the area, making it a solid sit-down choice on a street better known for snacks. At night the spot shifts to izakaya mode, offering a variety of small dishes and all-you-can-drink courses starting from a low set price. The dining room is large by Harajuku standards, so it handles groups as well as solo diners. Lunch runs from 11:30 to 16:00 Monday to Saturday. It suits families wanting a proper meal, office workers and groups after an easy dinner near Takeshita Street. Reservations are available for dinner courses, with walk-in space at lunch.
