リズラボキッチン
改装された伝統的な日本家屋でグルテンフリーのパンケーキカフェ。米粉フルーツパンケーキ。
Set within Urasando Garden, a renovated traditional Japanese house just off the backstreets of Omotesando, Rizlabo Kitchen is a small cafe that has carved out a niche for its gluten-free pancakes. The kitchen uses rice flour in place of wheat, producing thick, fluffy stacks that are light on the palate despite their generous size. The setting, with its wooden interiors and garden-side feel, offers a quiet escape from the bustle of the main avenues. The menu features a plain fruit pancake with Hokkaido cream and organic Canadian amber maple syrup, a matcha and strawberry version using organic Uji matcha from the Harima-en garden, and seasonal specials such as a strawberry pancake with Aomori blackberry sauce. A matcha experience is also offered, and the cafe operates from midday into late afternoon, with items sometimes selling out by mid-afternoon. Reservations are available, and the intimate 20-seat space suits slow brunches and sweet-toothed explorers. For a gluten-free pancake experience in one of Omotesando's most charming settings, Rizlabo Kitchen is a small, dedicated gem. Its rice-flour craft and seasonal fruit pairings make it a thoughtful stop for coeliacs and dessert lovers alike.
