The Harajuku Omotesando Hello Halloween Pumpkin Parade is Sunday 25 October 2026. Organiser: Harajuku Omotesando Keyaki-kai. Official copy still calls it the first costume parade of this kind in Japan, from 1983, about 1,000 costumed children on a 1 km loop. Children 12 and under (elementary age). Infants under one cannot buy a pass. Parents, max two per family, wear a free wristband.
LivePocket sold the ¥1,000 participation voucher from 12:00 on 6 October. The official site posted sold-out on 10 October. A voucher is not the parade pass. Swap it at Jingumae Elementary, 4-20-12 Jingumae, 10:30–12:30, for the pass, the treat-rally map, and parent wristbands. Opening 12:45. Start 13:00. Finish around 14:30. Route: school, Omotesando Hills, Ito Hospital turn, Jingumae crossing turn, back to the school. Flat shoes on the lawn. No heels, no strollers on the school yard, no pets, no photos inside the school. Rain cancels. Check the site by 09:00.
Viewing from the pavement is free. Cars leave Omotesando between Jingumae crossing and Aoyama-dori 13:00–14:30. Treat rally for pass-holders 11:00–16:30 at mapped shops. Lottery: paper receipts of ¥1,000-plus from cooperating stores, 1 October through the day, at the Machikado garden tent. Phone payment screens do not count. This is not Takeshita Street Halloween and not KAWAII MONSTER LAND.
